Asus launched the Asus ROG Phone back in the second quarter of this year. But the Taiwanese technology company has yet to confirm the Asus Rog Phone release date in the United States. Now, according to a post on Asus USA Twitter account, the ROG Phone will be available soon.
According to a tweet from Asus USA, it appears that the computer and phone hardware manufacturer will announce the retail pricing and release date of the ROG Phone gaming smartphone on October 18. The Asus ROG Phone event will be held in New York City, and the teaser clearly displays the back panel of the handset — and the rest will be announced.

The Asus ROG Phone features a 90Hz AMOLED display and Snapdragon 845 SoC paired with 8GB worth of RAM. Additionally, the phone will have a couple of USB Type-C ports, RGB lighting with support for Asus’ Aura Sync platform. In addition to that, user can be able to clasp a fan to the handset for additional cooling.
Moreover, the Rog Phone will also include a 4,000 mAh capacity battery, a dual-lens rear-facing camera (a 12MP primary + 8MP wide-angle). The Asus ROG Phone also ships with the traditional 3.5-millimeter headphone jack, up to 512GB of storage and a microSD card slot support.
