Google Pixel 3 & Pixel 3 XL third color is 'Sand', Not Mint Green

The Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL colorways — in addition to the usually boring black and white color options — are one of the key details that haven’t completely yet been correctly guessed on the specs sheets. Now, one reliable leaker asserted that a new kinda pink dessert “Sand” color is one of the colorways of the flagships.

We already know that both black and white color will make their comeback on the Google Pixel 3 and the larger Google Pixel 3 XL. What isn’t clear is which another color options will be available.

In addition to those two color options, a third one that is known simply as “Sand” will be released as well.

Aside from these colorways, a previous teaser hints that the search giant would be launching a Google Pixel 3 XL mint green option. However, according to the new report, this version is highly implausible at this point. Instead, it suggests that the teaser was pertaining to the mint green-colored power button on the white Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL devices.

Now, Roland Quandt of the WinFuture, the one who dropped the official press renders of both the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL in both white and black color options, strongly claims that a “third” Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL colorway called “Sand” will be launch.

While we now have an idea about the appearance of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, nothing is solid quite yet until we hear the confirmation from Google on October 9th when the tech company announce the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. Prorders will reportedly begin on the very same day, followed by a Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL release just a week later.
