For the base models, the 64GB LG V40 is $100 cheaper than the Galaxy Note 9 but you’ll get 128GB internal storage. So, if there’s a 128GB variant of V40 it may cost $100 more than the starting base model. The Apple iPhone XS Max $199 more expensive than the LG V40.

If you’re a storage-demanding power user, the Galaxy Note 9 gives you the best deal among the five. As for Pixel 3 XL, everything will be answered when Google take the center stage on October 9 launch event. Same as with the Mi Mix 3, Xiaomi is scheduled to launch its flagship smartphone on October 15th.
