LG officially launches V40 ThinQ In South Korea: Release Date, Preorder, Price, Penta-Camera

LG has officially launches its latest flagship, the LG V40 ThinQ, in South Korea. The unveiling confirms a penta-cameras, with triple-lens camera setup on the back panel and a couple of selfie shooters on the front end, just as we’ve seen previously in in the most recent leaks.

The launch also corroborates with the earlier leaks and rumors that the LG V40 ThinQ will have a marginally larger 6.4-inch display than its predecessor. A rear-mounted fingerprint sensor can also be seen in LG’s teaser video clip that coincides the earlier leaks. Although the South Korean technology company doesn’t show the LG V40 ThinQ’s front appearance, previous leaks suggests that it will have a edge-to-edge bezel-less notched display.

The LG V40 ThinQ looks very similar to its the last year’s iteration with a some aesthetic design refinements from this year’s G7. Earlier reports also suggest the smartphone will ship with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 SoC, a Quad DAC, and a dedicated physical button to launch the Google Assistant.
