One of the much-awaited and highly anticipated 2017 Black Friday ads is now available online. Walmart has officially rolled out its Black Friday 2017 ad. The Arkansas-based chain retailer will remain open for 24 hours of nonstop sales, with 2017 Black Friday deals beginning at exactly 6 P.M. on Thanksgiving Day, November 24th. Select bargains will be available through the Walmart’s official e-commerce online store and in-app.

The Black Friday 2017 deals is one of the oh-so expected holiday sales event by American shoppers who want to make a new purchase prior to the Christmas. Despite the mere fact that the Black Friday is on Friday, November 24, 2017, Walmart will once again start its “shop till you drop” doorbusters and deals hunting party on Thanksgiving day, Thursday, November 23th. However, there are a a number of revamped offerings the discount chain have this year outlined to make the biggest single day shopping event of the year more easier. While the Black Friday 2017 doorbusters traditionally being offered in location stores, most of the Walmart’s Thanksgiving and Black Friday deals will simultaneously be available online at Walmart.com and in-app.

WHAT’S NEW THIS BLACK FRIDAY 2017 AT WALMART

As for this year, Walmart isn’t making any significant changes to its Black Friday store hours this year, as some other retailers implemented, and you won’t need a wristband to snag the biggest hottest selling deals in-store.

The Walmart Black Friday 2017 sales begins at 6:00 P.M. (local time) on Thanksgiving, November 23th — just like in the previous years. Walmart will remain open all day until Friday. Yes, you’ve read it right, Walmart will be having 24-hours nonstop Black Friday 2017 deals sales. Most of the biggest deals will be available at Walmart’s online store (www.walmart.com) beginning a minute after midnight Eastern Standard Time on Thanksgiving morning.

Last year, the discount retailer has been providing the infamous wristbands for select sought after and most coveted Black Friday deals. Some of the Walmart Black Friday sales’ wristband doorbusters include 4K Smart UHD TV, gaming consoles, drones, laptops and more, so customers know when these and other select items are no longer available for grab. These guests who have been handed out a wristband can purchase their desired item across the store but should return within a couple of hours after the doorbuster event kickoff time to receive their orders.

New this year, Walmart will no longer be handing out wristbands to the in-store shoppers in advance of Black Friday for highly sought after items like HDTVs, laptops, drones and iPads. Back in 2014, Walmart called its holiday tactic the “New Black Friday,” where the retailer hoped to trim back the number of customers queuing in line for “nothing.” However, that strategy was short-lived.

Advertisement “We feel good about inventory” this year, Walmart’s chief merchandising officer, Steve Bratspies, said on a phone call with the reporters. “We don’t think we need wristbands this year.”

In line with last year, Walmart’s e-commerce store on Thanksgiving will begin its Black Friday sale online at 12:01 A.M. ET. That’s hours before the in-store doorbuster deals kickoffs at 6 P.M. Thanksgiving night.

Select deals will also be going live on Walmart.com on Thursday. Those online deals, available until Sunday November 12, and those items include an Acer Aspire ES Laptop for $449, a Sky Rider Falcon 2 Pro Drone for $29.97, and a Kingsford 32-inch charcoal grill for just $99.

This marks the third year Walmart has offered a majority of its Black Friday deals online, as shoppers are increasingly dividing their allotted shopping budgets between in-stores and the e-commerce.

According to one industry analyst, American consumers spent $91.7 billion online in the United States alone, 11 percent increase from the year prior. This year though, Adobe Digital Index Report is projecting that figure to surpass $100 billion.

Consumers are expected for the first time to spend more of their budgets online than in brick and mortar stores, according to an annual survey conducted by Deloitte. The e-commerce sites and site-wide mass merchants remain consumers’ top destinations, but e-retailers are widening their lead over other formats.

Some of Walmart’s top Black Friday deals in 2017 include a Hatchimals Golden Lynx Egg for $49.88, a Frozen Sleigh 12-Volt Ride-On for $198, a Samsung 65-inch Class Curved 4K Smart TV for $998, the Google Home Mini for $29 — which also comes with a $25 shopping coupon — and the Sony PlayStation 4 1TB for $199.

Best Buy, a competing rival to Walmart in the consumer electronics department, is slated to open its location stores on Turkey Day at 5 P.M., (an hour earlier than Walmart).

Advertisement Las year, Walmart deployed a seasonal “Holiday Helpers” to assist customers on checkout process. Those seasonal employees will be assisting in-store shoppers in looking for the shortest queue lines as well as open additional cashiers should needed, assist them with self-checkout lanes and even run across the outlet for the items walk-in customers might have overlooked.

WALMART IN-APP BLACK FRIDAY DEALS REHEARSAL

For second consecutive time, Walmart is offering its app users with select Black Friday 2017 deals starting today. These specially handpicked items will be purchased in-app only and shipped directly to your home. Walmart currently selling a Samsung 49-inch Class Curved 4K Smart LED TV for $497.99, a $407 less than its manufacturer’s suggested retail price.

As for gamers, you can take advantage of early Black Friday deal on Microsoft’s latest gaming system. The latest model Xbox One X 1TB gaming console is up for shipping to your home for only $499. There is also the last year’s model, the Xbox One S Bundle with bonus game of your choice, Controller and 4K movie for only $249 ($138.84 savings).

As you can see above, these aren’t the much lower-priced Black Friday 2017 deals and doorbusters. If you’re rooting for a great discounts and a better deals, keep in mind that there’s still early Thanksgiving and Black Friday sales this year, and ultimately the Cyber Monday and Week coming your way.
