Xiaomi To Unveil Mi Mix 3 Youth Today, A Lite Version Of Its Slider Flagship

Xiaomi is slated to launch the Mi Mix 3 Lite edition today. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer hasn’t detailed the name of the smartphone but the mobile industry claims that it is going to be a less expensive or ‘Lite’ variant of the Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 3. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Lite model will be a budget smartphone and comes with atoned down specifications.

Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 3 Lite is speculated to ship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC alongside with 4GB / 6GB RAM configuration. Xiaomi address the announcement of the Mi Mix 3 Lite launch through its official Weibo account accompanied by an image stating that it will be coming out with the “Youth,” a millennial-centric smartphone.

The alleged Mi Mix 3 Lite will be a second youth centric Smartphone after the Xiaomi released the Mi 8 Youth Edition. It was based on Xiaomi’s Mi8 flagship smartphone. Xiaomi;s Mix 3 Lite model is anticipated to equip with a 24-megapixel front-facing selfie snapper and a dual-lens rear camera system with 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel. The Mi Mix 3 Youth or Lite version will directly compete with Lenovo’s Z Pro, a slider smartphone.

Earlier, Xiaomi launched the Mi 8 in the Europe. The smartphone features 6.21-inch Super AMOLED display with over 83% screen-to-body ratio. The handset is powered by a Snapdragon 845 chipset with either 6GB or 8GB RAM.

The Xiaomi has yet release a global version of Mi Mix 3 but the insiders believe that the international variant of the smartphone will be coming early next year.
