Samsung has already confirmed that Galaxy Unpacked 2020, its formal keynote and launch event for the Galaxy S series. Samsung is expected to launch the Samsung Galaxy S11/S20 on February 11th. Sure that’s unquestionably exciting for Android fans and alike, what’s also interesting are the recent developments about Xiaomi that’s also prepping up to announce its Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC powered Mi 10 right before the Galaxy S11 release date.
The Chinese technology company is gearing up to unveil the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro smartphones as the firm’s 2020 flagship models. The two flagship models will reportedly share the spotlight in the announcement event in the first quarter this year before Samsung Unpacked event takes place. Moreover, the smartphones are confirmed to equip with Snapdragon 865 chipset, also making the series one of the first to be powered by the new mobile chip.
Over the weekend, a new leaked image of the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro’s rear panel was spotted alongside an image that seemingly shows the phone’s AnTuTu scores.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro could also release with a 120Hz refresh rate screen display. Its rear-facing quad camera setup is believed to house a 108MP primary lens, a 20MP sensor, a 12MP and a 5MP sensors. Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro are rumored to hit the market with a 4,500mAh battery with 66W ultra-fast charging support.
Furthermore, Xiaomi Mi 10, on the side note, may feature a 90Hz refresh rate screen display. It may also equip with a 64MP (Sony IMX686) + 20MP (ultrawide) + 12MP (telephoto) + 5MP (depth) quad camera system. The Mi 10 will apparently sport a 4,800mAh battery with 30W rapid charging support.
